- Nursery enrolment form
- Medical Form
- Students Emirates ID
- Immunization/Vaccination Records
- Copy of Student’s Passport & Visa
- Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate
- Copy of both parents Passport & Visa
- 4 Color Passport Size Photos
- Indemnity Form
- Terms & Conditions Form
- All required registration, tuition and medical fees (see Fee Schedule)
- Uniforms (Can be purchased in the Nursery)
